Q4.1 — Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship exclusively within the Republic of India.
Orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.

Q4.2 — Is shipping free?

Yes — we offer free shipping on every order across India, with
no minimum order value. There are no hidden handling, packaging, or fuel surcharges at checkout.

Q4.3 — How long does delivery take?

  • Delivery after Dispatch: 3–5 working days for most locations across India.

Q4.4 — How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking
number and a direct tracking link from our courier partner. You can also log in to your
Clisiconplaza.shop account and view tracking information under “My Orders”.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Q5.1 — What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Items

Q5.2 — How do I initiate a return?

All return requests are accepted exclusively via email. Send
your request to support@clisiconplaza.shop with subject line “Return Request
— [Order Number]”. Include your order number, photos of the product, and the reason for return.

Q5.3 — Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. We offer free reverse pickup for all approved returns
across serviceable PIN codes in India. In the rare case that your PIN code is not serviceable for reverse
pickup, we will reimburse self-shipping costs (up to ₹150) along with your refund.

Q5.4 — How long does a refund take?

Once the returned product passes our quality inspection (typically 2–3 working
days after receipt), refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment
method, in line with RBI guidelines.
