Velo Poola is a sole proprietorship based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, operating online as Velopoola (velopoola.shop). We sell above-ground pools, and we describe them by the figures that decide how they perform rather than by the word on the box.

Why we lead with the numbers

Listings lead with a lifestyle photo, not with the diameter, the wall height and the water weight. The box arrives, the yard is too small or the ground is not level, and the pool never goes up.

The fix is unglamorous: put diameter or length, wall height and water capacity on every product page, and say out loud what a above-ground pool can and cannot do. That is what this shop is.

Diameter or length, wall height and water capacity — as the maker publishes them. Where a figure is not published we leave it blank rather than estimate it.

Checked before it is packed

During the 2 to 3 business days handling window every order is opened and checked against the order, and the liner is folded on its original creases and boxed away from the frame parts so a tube end cannot pierce it.

Honest about what is normal

We say up front that creases in the liner that settle once the pool is filled and a plastic smell for the first day or two — so a normal first day is not mistaken for a defect.

What we will not claim

No six-month or manufacturer warranty of our own, and no promise a above-ground pool does something it cannot. Unless a product page lists it in the box, we do not supply a filter pump beyond the one listed, chemicals and a ground sheet, and we say so before you pay.

Our story

The shop grew out of checking every liner and counting frame parts in Jaipur. The same two disappointed buyers kept appearing: the one who bought on a photograph and got a size or capacity that did not suit, and the one who assumed something was included that never is.

Selling online removed the chance to put the thing in someone hands and let them judge it. So the specification had to carry that weight instead, and the packing had to carry the goods: the liner is folded on its original creases and boxed away from the frame parts so a tube end cannot pierce it.

How we work, in practical terms

  • Online only. Velo Poola runs entirely online, with no shop or showroom. Orders are dispatched from Jaipur, Rajasthan.
  • Shipping. Free at ₹4,999 and above; flat ₹149 below that. Handling 2 to 3 business days, then transit 4 to 10 business days.
  • Returns. 10 days from delivery on unused goods in the original packaging, refunded within 7 business days.
  • Payment. UPI or Cash on Delivery, in Indian rupees. No cards, no PayPal, no stored payment details.
  • On arrival. Check the carton before signing, film the unboxing, and report any damage within 48 hours.
